Located in pine forest south of Hamburg, the competition proposed a woodland hotel, including an environmental education program, conference centre and cooking school. The design sees the accommodation buildings raised on stilts, surrounding a central, larger building, housing the conference centre and cooking school. At ground level, individual buildings are connected by a raised boardwalk, with ancillary spaces for activities such as yoga, bee keeping and laundry, located in the sheltered spaces beneath the accommodation buildings.
